As a British Council Authorised Education Agent, we can help clients negotiate the entire British education system, from nursery to university, and find the best pathway for each child.
We work with international, boarding, private and state schools and universities in London and across Great Britain to find the best fit for your child.
PROPERTY
Renting a property
I help clients to find properties to rent across London and surrounding areas, e.g. along the M4 corridor, Surrey, etc.
Many clients are relocating from other countries for work purposes and some from other parts of the UK and “don’t know” London or how the rental property market works here.

Orientation
Before we look for properties, we can go on an orientation of the areas of London that are of interest and see what they are like, the amenities, the transport option and “the feel” of each area.
Buying a property
Although the sales market in prime and central London has slowed down since the introduction of the new Stamp Duty rates in December 2014, clients are still buying properties in London for many different reasons: somewhere to live, a long-term investment, a rental property or somewhere for their child to live whilst studying in London. I can also help you find the right property to purchase too.

EDUCATION
A good education has always been important and perhaps even more so in today’s ever-increasingly international environment. For many clients relocating to London and the UK with children it is vitally important to have continuity and consistency in their child’s education whilst preparing them for perhaps the next international move a few years ahead and university.
​
As such, I am a qualified British Council Education Agent (reg. no.GAL/17582 ) and am able to support and guide clients on the British Education system from nursery through to applying to schools and university – both undergraduate and post-graduate – and help with applications too.

ABOUT
Anderson Associates Property London have been helping clients to relocate to, and invest in, London since 2014.

Selma Anderson (Founder) has lived in London for 35 years and has an excellent knowledge of the city Each area has its own character and style of property which is important to know when choosing where to rent or buy. As London expands and its transport networks extend, we can advise on both established as well and up-and-coming areas for investment.

Having gone to school and university in Great Britain, and having worked and lived in other countries, Selma is well-placed to advise on the British education system and how qualifications and standards relate to those in other countries.
